I think about the time when you will be gone. .
About that precise moment when it will hit me
that you are beyond me
that you are far from being with me
I wonder how it would be like,
I wonder how I will be like
I imagine I will be shattered
I think of no other way than this,
But will it hurt you seeing me this way?
Or will you just get on with your life
I wonder after how much time precisely
that I will be no more in your prayers
I wonder if you will ever think of me
if you will ever channel the memories back in time
just to get to me
I wonder if you'll go that distance
I wonder if you'll want to go that distance
Maybe I'll still be standing there
Clinging on to that only thing I can cling on to
Hope!
In a way I imagine
I am rebelling the universe,
Nothing stands still,
I have been told,
Nothing stands still,
We all move on,
Expanding in space,
Expanding in wisdom,
I wonder if they'll call me crazy
call me insane or out of my mind,
But I think otherwise,
I think there have been many like me,
Much greater, much wiser,
They all have painted their muse,
They all have written and orated their views,
All of this comprised in one poetic verse,
So I am guessing I am not alone in this universe,
There have been many like me,
So I am finally out of the woods,
writing a poem of my own,
joining this big bigoted sham,
to make believe that you are not the only one,
there have been many like you,
just the way you are and just the way I am.
a bigoted sham.
